Implementation Process and Experiences - large group discussion - update implementation plan/state of the union - we share what is going on internally - funding, senior years, John Lenghty
Learning Experiences - (work in pairs, we group) - Michelle till about 2pm
participants use online form to organize learning experiences with a Big Idea focus - complete form and post to wiki along with samples/exemplars - explore what is posted - discuss infusion into learning experiences.
Examine the Learning experiences in the lwict-mentoring wiki/CN1 and reinforce the notion that big ideas are critical to reference in the planning (create/modify their own using the online form we create)
Examine the Learning Experiences on the website/Curriculum Navigator/ePEARL
When finished, consider the assessment of the learning experience - of the learning outcomes and how they assess the identified BIG IDEAS
Post samples on wiki
Reporting/ Collecting Data - digital photos, links, electronic documents, creating a portfolio of samples - John

Assessing the Affective Domain -Michelle strategies, examples, topics, when it happens - review of the information on the website but start with what teachers are currently doing to assess the affective domain.
research recent events in the news relating to unethical/illegal behaviour and post links - how do we proactively work with students to prevent these issues - small groups examine the issues and discuss how it is related to the affective domain and how to prevent these issues from occurring. (ie - Lord Selkirk issue, facebook problems) Michelle
Creating a professional learning community - what are divisions already doing (tech talks - SJSD, Bits and Bytes - WSD ) Sharepoint/Divisional Wikis (Examples of professional learning communities that exist to support Literay with ICT in your division or school.) - share professional learning that you would recommend - where else can/do you turn?
